An urgent care visit is appropriate when you need to see a clinician for a non-emergent health concern and cannot get an appointment with your primary care provider (or it’s the evening or weekend and their office is closed). Northwest Urgent Care has extended hours and is open evenings and weekends to care for you. We also encourage our urgent care patients to establish a relationship with a primary care provider who can be the point person on your healthcare team and your first option when you have a health concern.
A walk-in clinic is a primary care office. Your primary care provider will be the ongoing orchestrator of your healthcare plan providing annual check-ups and helping you manage any health concerns. At QuickMed walk-in clinics, feel free to walk-in without an appointment. Or, you may make an appointment at a time convenient for you to minimize your wait.
Northwest Urgent Care takes the “wait” out of your visit by offering online check-in so you can reserve your spot in line* and come at a time convenient for you. This is not an appointment because at an urgent care we treat the most urgent conditions first, but we do our best to see you at the time you reserved. That way, you may wait in the comfort of your home and minimize your wait in the urgent care lobby.
At Northwest Urgent Care, you will see a physician, a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, all experienced in caring for urgent care patients. Additionally, our urgent cares are also staffed with registered nurses or licensed practical nurses offering a higher level of care than many other urgent cares.

* Because our ER and urgent care staffs must treat patients based on the severity of illness or injury, your time is not guaranteed. We will see you as close to your designated time as possible. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room as soon as possible.
Emergency services are not provided at any of the urgent care centers. If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
